We are a Communication Friendly Setting!

Anna is room leader of one of the the 0-2 rooms. Anna has worked in all of the rooms and was previously a registered childminder, so has a variety of experiences. She is a qualified level 5 . She has two sons who make her so proud and this year become a Nanny. 

Jordan currently works 4 days a week in toddlers as room leader, and is SENCO trained. She has been with us from the day we opened and has since then gained a Level 5 qualification. She is an experienced member of the team. Jordan has lots of experience in supporting the development of children with a variety of needs. She has recently married and enjoys quality family time. 

Sam is the room leader of our pre-toddler room, and she is a well loved member of the team. Sam started with us as a student in 2019, and we were so impressed we offered her a position. Since then she has worked across all rooms, but 0-2's has always been her favourite and she has recently been promoted to room leader. 

In August 2026 Sam will be taking maternity leave as she becomes a new Mommy. 

Elisha works in the baby room every morning. She is a qualified and experienced member of the team who previously worked full time but decided to cut back on her hours so that she can spend quality time with her little girl and her family. Elisha is always smiling.

Keydi is our bank staff and works across all rooms. She speaks English, Spanish and has lots of experiences supporting SEND pupils. Keydi did her student placement here at Jumping Jo's and we enjoyed working with her so much that we offered her a position as a cover staff member. 

Sarah is a qualified part time member of staff who supports in pre-school. She has experience of working with children with SEN, and would like to progress in this further. She has 3 young children of her own who she loves spending time with. 

Lauren  has worked at Jumping Jo's twice now, and we are so happy she decided to return. Lauren currently works part-time in our preschool room and she has a lot of lovely qualities and knowledge to offer. Lauren has two children and is a very proud Mom. 

Demi works full time in our toddler room and is a qualified level 3 practitioner. She has experience of running an after school club, and also volunteered in a school. Demi's baby is her little dog Alfie, and she loves to sing.

Cara started with us as a student on placement, and we were so impressed we offered her a job. Cara currently works in the toddler room and has also previously supported the 0-2 room. She is qualified as a level 3 practitioner. Cara loves experimenting with make-up looks in her spare time. 

Sherri is a qualified level 3 member of staff. She has 2 beautiful children and a pug who she adores. Sherri joined us in 2023 and has fit lovely into the team family. She is always happy and enjoys building relationships with the children.

She is currently on leave.

Ellie is a room leader within our preschool room, and has a NVQ level 3 qualification. She is hoping to embark on a level5 qualification in the near future to further progress her knowledge. Ellie enjoys socialising and spending time with her family and her partner when shes not at work. 

Carly works 5 mornings a week in the 0-2 room. She has worked for us on and off for a few years and is very committed to her family life and her 2 lovely children. Carly is a highly experienced and qualified member of the team who enjoys supporting the development of the children in her group. 

Danielle works in the kitchen, preparing the snacks and meals every day. She has her food hygiene award award. On our last food standards agency award we were graded 5 stars (very good). Danielle has 3  lovely children of her own. 

Jade works in our toddler room and she is currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 qualification. Jade has three lovely children, and she started working for us to support lunch cover, but as she enjoyed it she decided to extend her hours and embark on a qualification to build her knowledge. 

Sarah is our newest Room leader to support our pre school children.  She has completed her level 3 in Early Years. She is currently starting a forest school level 3 qualification along side a leadership and management training course. She has 3 wonderful children, who have attended our nursery when we first opened in 2016. Sarah works full time in the toddler room. 

Tilda is our trainee and is currently working towards her NVQ level 3. She works in the 0-2 room, and is building up her knowledge and her confidence too. 

Urvi has been a long term student with us and now works once a week to support the baby room. She is at university and is working towards completing her degree. 

Courtney is a new member of staff who will be working with our setting to support different rooms until September when she will be placed in a set room
