Nicky has been working in the childcare sector for many years, and has over 10 years' experience of running an early years setting. Nicky has a degree in Early Childhood studies. Nicky is the safeguarding officer and works full time in the office, but enjoys being hands on in the rooms occasionally too.
Nicky has 2 children of her own.
Since opening the setting, Nicky has overseen the growth and development of many children and a lot of our families come to us by word of mouth and reputation.

Stacey is the deputy manager and room leader of the toddler room. She has worked at Jumping Jo's since the day we opened the doors. Stacey is an experienced and highly qualified member of staff, with an Outstanding Early Years Teacher award, a degree in early childhood studies and also recently passed an Elklan training course to help her
Stacey is the deputy manager and room leader of the toddler room. She has worked at Jumping Jo's since the day we opened the doors. Stacey is an experienced and highly qualified member of staff, with an Outstanding Early Years Teacher award, a degree in early childhood studies and also recently passed an Elklan training course to help her develop the communication and language of children. Stacey has worked in early years for 15 years. She is room based for 1 day per week and office based for the rest. Since working at Jumping Jo's Stacey has had 2 amazing children who are her everything!

She is devoted to her dog Lucie who is a huge part of her life.

Anna is an experienced member of staff, who is the Baby Room leader. Anna has worked in all of the rooms and was previously a registered childminder, so has a variety of experiences. She is a qualified level 3. Anna has a lot of certificates from other training courses that she often undertakes in her own time. She has two teenage boys who make her so proud.

Jordan currently works part time in toddlers as joint room leader, and is the SENCO. She has been with us from the day we opened and has since then gained a Level 3 qualification. Jordan has previously been a full time room leader but decided to come back part time after having a baby so she could also focus on family life. She is an experienced member of the team.

Sam works full time in toddler room, and is a level 3 qualified member of staff.. Sam is a dedicated member of the team and enjoys teaching the children new skills and watching them develop. Sam has worked in other sectors and also worked in pre-school for a while. She has 2 children of her own who she loves spending time with.

Sam is currently our cover member of staff. She started with us as a student and enjoyed it so much we took her on as an apprentice. She has now qualified as a level 3. Sam covers across all rooms and enjoys it.

Elisha works in the baby room every morning. She is a qualified and experienced member of the team who previously worked full time but decided to cut back on her hours so that she can spend quality time with her little girl and her family. Elisha is always smiling.

Courtney is an experienced member of staff. She has worked with us on and off over the past 6 years, and currently works in our baby room every afternoon, and covers elsewhere if needed in the mornings. She has worked across a range of rooms and ages, has experience in a school but her passion is working with babies.

Sarah is a qualified part time member of staff who supports in pre-school. She has experience of working with children with SEN, and would like to progress in this further. She has 3 young children of her own.

Lois is a qualified member of staff who works part time, and works . Lois speaks three languages including English, Italian and Twi. Lois is one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and in her spare time she supports her local congregation.

Leanne is a highly qualified and experienced member of the team who works part time in pre school. She has just returned from maternity leave after giving birth to a beautiful baby boy. Leanne has lots of experience in supporting the development of children.

Sherri is a qualified level 3 member of staff. She has 2 beautiful children and a pug who she adores. Sherri joined us in 2023 and has fit lovely into the team family. She is always happy and enjoys building relationships with the children.
She is currently on leave.

Ellie is the baby of the group. She is currently working towards her level 3 qualification after recently completing her NVQ L2, and works in the toddler room although she does occasionally support other rooms within the setting too.

Carly works 2 mornings a week in the toddler room. She has worked for us on and off for a few years and is very committed to her family life and her 2 lovely children. Carly is a highly experienced and qualified member of the team who enjoys supporting the development of the children in her group.

Danielle works in the kitchen, preparing the snacks and meals every day. She has her food hygiene award award. On our last food standards agency award we were graded good. Danielle has 3 lovely children of her own.

Jade is our newest member of the team and works daily to support all rooms over the busiest part of the day - lunchtime. She has settled in well to her role and is adored by the children.
